Google have announced the general release of their store badge to the US market.
What is it?
The Google Trusted Stores program is Google’s way of letting shoppers know they are shopping with a reputable retailer. It’s a free service for both shoppers and merchants and displays ratings against delivery and service.
Why is it Cool?
Although they’re still working out the finer details of how and where to display the logo’s expect to see it on SERPS and landing pages. We expect retailers in the program will experience improved CTR and conversion rates.
Questions?
As always new Google features often come with a whole bunch of new questions, if you have questions of your own or can answer any then leave a comment below.
How do I get it?
Firstly you have to be a US retailer, sorry ROW no date has been set for wider roll out.
