Like a duck to water!

We have just completed our first ever rowing lessons under the watchful eye of our legendary coach Steve O’Connor (Barn Elms Rowing Club)

We both thought rowing would be fairly easy given the malco-ordinated bunch who did it at school! We could’t have been more wrong as we found it literally impossible to go in a straight line! 3,000 miles could easily turn in to 6,000 miles at this rate. Will also nearly took a swimming lesson the other day when he caught a big old crab (rowing slang for rowing like a tool!) and only just managed to stay dry by some minor miracle!

Verdict = A disappointing 5/10 and plenty of room for improvement!!
