The 300...Operation Chisel!

Some of you may be asking why we have a picture of semi naked fellas on our news blog.

Well by December 2013, we will be looking as buff, if not buffer than these guys!! Tim ‘the pain’ Grant, our fitness coach, has been emailing us weekly training plans which usually consist of the dreaded ’300′ after the above film.

These actors did the ’300′ everyday to get this stacked and we will also be doing this as part of our training plan. The workout consists of the below exercises and I can honestly tell you  it is absolutely brutal!
Have a try yourselves and get as big as Dan and Will!!!!!!!!

  • Pullups – 25 reps
  • Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. – 50 reps
  • Pushups – 50 reps
  • 24-inch Box Jumps – 50 reps
  • Floor Wipers – 50 reps
  • Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps
  • Pullups – 25 reps
