Senior PHP Web Developer

£35,000 - £45,000

A senior role in an Agile Development Team, responsible for the development of Internet and other online and offline applications in an open source environment.

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong technical and analytical expertise. Excellent communications skills are essential as daily interaction with internal clients are fundamental to this role.

At least 3 years of demonstrable commercial experience in the following technologies are required: PHP4/5, OO PHP, MySQL, XHTML, JavaScript, Linux, Apache, Perl, Version Control (CVS or SVN), Internet Protocols, Web Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of campaign web sites and internet applications in an open source environment
• An understanding of development life cycles
• Participates in documenting technical tasks
