Hi there, I'm Daniel Hayes, Conversion Optimisation Manager here at Jellyfish.
I manage the strategic planning and execution of data driven optimisation projects across multiple UK and international clients.
Growing up on the beaches of East Coast Australia, I cut my teeth in the creative industries as an illustrator, before my involvement in several other creative roles including animator, graphic designer, videographer and photographer. I had my first experience with Analytics and Optimisation as a Forensic Analyst for the Queensland Government. As part of this role, the Forensic Unit would analyse digital media for investigative purposes and study human cognitive behaviour.
I moved to London in 2012 where I began working as a System Administrator before creating my own role as a Customer Journey Consultant for Topdeck Travel, a subsidiary of the Flight Centre Travel Group. This position led to a focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation and I soon joined London based digital marketing agency, House of Kaizen as a Conversion Rate Optimisation Consultant.
I'm enthusiastic about learning about digital marketing innovations and finding solutions to optimisation opportunities.
