Hi, my name is James Bourner, Global Head of Display.
It's fair to say I've had a pretty diverse career in digital, having held commercial and marketing roles for advertisers, publishers and latterly, agency groups.
Several years ago, I discovered Real-Time Bidding (RTB) which became my one true marketing love. I believe that RTB is nothing short of a digital advertising revolution and that it bridges the gap between technology, advertising, performance and brand executions perfectly. I also think it's just warming up, and we’re only at the beginning. Which is super exciting for us as an agency and our clients as advertisers.
Formerly an employee at one of the 'big three' agency group’s trading desks, I joined Jellyfish to develop the group’s display activity with a focus on real-time and programmatic trading.
Outside of work I'm most likely found working on my appreciation for craft-beer, real-ale and other people’s cooking or attempting to travel Europe by train.
