Hello, my name is James Parker, I'm Global Head of Data and Planning here at Jellyfish.
I started my career in database and direct marketing stopping off at agencies such as WWAV Rapp Collins, Publicis and Wunderman. I always had a passion and enjoyment for the accountability that you had “below the line”. The effort in delivering the right message to the right person with the right offer was a technical challenge but always a great one.
I also spent time client side at GSK advising on their cross brand digital strategy and building a CRM solution which pulled all of their digital data across brands centrally. At Morrisons I led the digital and data strategy for their loyalty scheme which covered the centralisation of their loyalty, ecommerce and app data in one place to provide the perfect centralised view of their customer.
At Jellyfish the team works hard to turn all the digital data that gets created into meaningful insight which powers our clients strategies.
