I know all the best tricks in the book (and then some), and as much as I would like to say they come from careful planning, rigid methodologies and process, the truth, is that they come from making just about all the mistakes possible to make.
Apart from being at the forefront of the conversion rate optimisation movement, I have devoted a lot of my spare time to acquiring truly unique skills in consumer neuroscience (or neuromarketing) measuring attention, emotion and memory and their effect on human decision making.
