Train with others

If you’re serious about getting fitter and improving your times it’s also worth thinking about joining a local running club.    The expert knowledge and social aspect of training with others will help keep you motivated.

Here are some of our local favourites:

British Military Fitness

These outdoor fitness classes are great to improve your running conditioning (strengthening the body to help keep you injury free).   Not only that the Reigate BMF club also has dedicated running club sessions on:

  • Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm
  • Saturday mornings at 8am
  • The last Sunday of every month at 10am.

RPAC

Reigate Priory Athletic Club is an active, thriving and friendly Athletic Club whose aim is to promote an enjoyment of running and athletics, whilst providing members with coaching in skills and techniques for training, fitness and competition, regardless of ability, experience or talent.
