We were tasked with improving the user experience for BMW customers on the 7-day free quote page and clearly convey the benefits of taking insurance with Allianz. We wanted to ensure that customers felt part of the BMW brand so that it expressed a sense of brand familiarity, quality and exceptional customer service.
The objectives the client set at the beginning of the project were as follows:
- Design and build fully responsive page templates for the new BMW Car Insurance website
- Create a site which simply provides quotes for prospective customers and promotes the benefits of BMW Car Insurance
- Build out the brand personality and tone of voice, ensuring brand consistency across all pages
