The Role

The Digital Marketing Assistant will hold a hybrid role in the company working closely with both our Paid Media and Client Services team.

These teams together are responsible for the management and communication of Paid Search, Display and Social Media campaigns for some of the most famous brand names in the world. Working alongside suppliers including Google, Bing, Facebook and Twitter, we have a commitment to delivering the highest quality online marketing campaigns for our clients.

This is an entry-level role into digital marketing, providing the opportunity to develop skills in both paid media and client services.

Focus will be on providing outstanding client service on behalf of our partners ensuring that the agreed standards for client services are met and exceeded where possible.

The role will involve both proactive and reactive communication with the end clients via telephone and email. The Digital Marketing Assistant will complete tasks in line with the agreed deliverables of the project. Adhering to the processes defined for delivery of customer service they will take ownership of the clients and will meet the agreed standards.

The role involves building and optimising campaigns, ensuring the implementation and ongoing maintenance of best practices for all client campaigns under your remit.



  • Ensure service levels are met and exceeded within customer support function
  • Ensure production processes are adhered to; assist in the refinement of existing processes and development of new processes
  • Ensure that tickets are completed in a timely manner, within agreed partner SLAs
  • Ensure all campaigns under remit adhere to best practices
  • Assist team leader with development of Paid Media processes, tools and automation
  • Manage marketing campaigns for across PPC, Social, SEO, remarketing and affiliates – no experience required
  • Manage live chat function on
  • Email engagement with our SME customers – focused on retention and day to day queries
  • Support offline marketing campaigns aimed at the SME market
  • Engage with digital publications who service SMEs (such as FSB)
  • Generate case studies / testimonials from existing active client base
  • Manage affiliate/referral partnerships from a relationship point of view.

Experience Required

  • Degree with a relevance to digital marketing
  • High level of skill with MS Office or Google Suite products
  • High standard of written language and mathematical proficiency
  • Effective verbal communicator, aware of different personality types and working styles
  • Demonstrable track record of innovative problem solving
  • International language skills are an advantage but not essential. We are especially interested in candidates who possess fluent French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Japanese or Cantonese language skills in addition to English.
