We have an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Sales Operations Project Manager to join our Baltimore office.  As a Sales Operations-Project Manager, you will be a key member of the pitch team dedicated to growing Jellyfish’s new business.  This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • The  Sales Operations Project Manager will qualify all incoming Agency leads, and select Dynamix activity
  • Complete any incoming RFP for fulfillment by deadline, utilizing historical and relevant data from prior opportunities
  • Facilitate internal meetings for pitch kick-offs, reviews, and team checkpoints
  • Assist in compiling, analyzing, and presenting business development data for internal and external reporting.
  • Conduct initial research on new business opportunities utilizing channel tools and industry publications to share a concise brief with the team on general existing landscape
  • The  Sales Operations Project Manager will coordinate and mobilize multiple competing priorities including: pitches, RFPs & project teams toward successful completion of project deliverables
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete any pitch, RFP and/or related project
  • Manage current processes and adjust as needed
  • Sell Google Surveys
  • Own the Salesforce process and entries, working with Operations and Client Services

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in digital marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or project management with a focus on digital marketing and growing the business
  • 1+year in a business development or sales role is a plus
  • Prior digital marketing experience highly recommended
  • Experience with Google suite and ability to create, format, and manipulate Google spreadsheets and develop Google presentations
  • Experience with Salesforce
