The brief
The objectives set were as follows:
- Understand Analytics and reporting set up
- Design and Implement a robust Google Analytics measurement for accurate reporting across the business units
- The site structure was formed by several sub-domains independently functional and each of them offering different solutions to customers
- Their main goal was to understand if the structure and setup were optimal for reporting and data analysis purposes, at first, with the end goal of applying any necessary fixes including additional tracking recommended as a result of the initial audit
